Goodbye lost items: Motorola launches moto tag in Chile
The new brand device was designed to work anytime and anywhere, thanks to its combination of precision tracking technology and Googles privacy guarantees, to create a new solution that allows users to easily know the location of their objects.
The ecosystem of Motorola continues to grow and the brand has just announced the arrival in our country of their new moto tag, a small device that will make life easier for those users who often lose their items, or who simply need to know where their belongings are. Thanks to its size, the moto tag can be placed on keys, wallets, purses, luggage, among other things to locate them with great precision from any Android phone¹.
The Moto Tag takes advantage of the power of the Google Find My Device network and UWB4 technology (the latter available soon) to offer consumers a new tracking solution that integrates seamlessly into the Motorola device ecosystem.
It was specifically designed to work flawlessly with the wide range of Google's Find My Device network, allowing users to pinpoint the location of tagged items through the Find My Device app from almost anywhere in the world.

When paired with an Android smartphone compatible with Ultra Wideband, like the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, the Moto Tag also offers enhanced precision trackingu2074. The Moto Tag can also be used to help locate a misplaced smartphone by sounding the connected device with just a press of a specific button on the Moto Tag.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY.
The device safeguards the privacy of each user by operating with the Find My Device network, which is secure by default and private by design. Location data is encrypted end-to-end, which means that only the owner of the tag or anyone who has shared it with the Find My Device application can see its location.
Leveraging Google's expertise in privacy and security, the moto tag is also compatible with automatic alerts for unknown trackers on Android and iOS to help keep users safe from unwanted tracking. Users also have the option to run a manual scan at any time to check for any unwanted tags that may be tracking them.

Moto Tag also incorporates a specific multifunction button. By just pressing it, the user's smartphone will ring, helping them to easily find a lost device. Additionally, it will soon facilitate photo capture for exploring new angles and options, as it can be used as a remote control to take photos without having the phone in the hand. This function is compatible with any Android phone and is especially useful when taking photos with the new razr family from Motorola in flex view.
Simple Experience for All Users.
For the setup to be perfect, once the new moto tag is on and near the user's smartphone, it's easy to quickly pair with the device using Google Fast Pair. From there, users can take advantage of various customizable options available in the moto tag app, such as changing the names of the tags, adjusting the volume of the alerts, checking the battery life, and much more.

The elegant silhouette of the moto tag has been specifically designed to perfectly fit with most third-party accessories already available in the market. Its robust IP67 design helps ensure its durability against dust, dirt and immersion in fresh water up to 1 meter for a maximum of 30 minutes³, making it suitable for any adventure or daily commute.
Users can also rest assured knowing that the CR2032 battery of the Moto Tag is designed to last an entire year on a single charge² and is easily replaceable, making it a reliable and durable tracking solution.
In Chile, the Moto Tag is available in Blueberry and Jade Green colors. It can be found at www.motorola.cl and Moto Store Plaza Vespucio, as well as through the country's main operators and retailers, at a price of $29,990.
