Samsungs new foldables showcase the improved Galaxy AI, enhancing productivity and creativity.
Straight from Paris, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. presented its new Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, the first foldables incorporating the "Galaxy AI," introduced earlier this year. Alongside, they also unveiled the Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro during the Galaxy Unpacked event.
Built on Samsungâs history of innovation, Galaxy AI leverages a powerful, smart, and durable foldable experience to usher in a new era of communication, productivity, and creativity.

The Note Assistant in Samsung Notes provides translation, summaries, and automatic formatting for simple and easy meeting notes. Additionally, a newly incorporated transcription function allows for the transcription, translation, and summarizing of voice recordings directly in Notes.
Text in PDF files can be translated and overlaid seamlessly via the PDF Overlay Translation feature in Notes, which even supports text in images and graphics. The newly added Composer in Samsungâs keyboard generates suggested text based on simple keywords for email and compatible social media applications.
For social media, in particular, Composer creates text reflecting your tone by analyzing past posts. Moreover, the S Pen experience is further expanded by meeting Galaxy AI on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 screen. The new Sketch to Image allows for more sophisticated artwork creation by generating image options when simply sketching or drawing over photos in the Gallery or on the Notes screen.
Greater Integration with Gemini
The latest Google Gemini app is fully integrated into the new Galaxy Z series, providing its own AI-powered assistant directly on your phone. With just a swipe from the screen corner or saying "Hey Google," you can open the Gemini overlay and get help with writing, learning, or planning.
Gemini is integrated with some of your favorite Google apps, making it easy to organize the perfect travel itinerary by obtaining real-time information on hotel and flight bookings and exploring famous places and the best routes to get there using Google Maps.
Interpreter comes with a new conversation mode, allowing both parties to comfortably view translations on the main and cover screens for more natural interactions. It also offers one-way translation, enabling you to easily understand when listening during conferences or any other type of presentation.
Simultaneous translation, which translates phone calls directly on your device in real time, is now extending beyond Samsungâs native calling app to a selection of popular third-party apps.
From capture to editing and display, the AI-powered ProVisual Engine in Galaxy Z Fold 6 takes your creativity to the next level. The advanced editing experience with Photo Assist on the large screen helps effortlessly create professional-level content.
Portrait Studio creates a variety of different portrait styles, such as 3D cartoons or watercolors, for more creative possibilities. If you want to enjoy every second with a more detailed view, Instant Slow-mo (Instant Slow Motion) allows you to instantly slow down a video by generating additional frames while maintaining a smooth viewing experience. You also have the option to save or share your videos directly with friends and family so they can enjoy them too.
Galaxy Z Fold 6 not only allows you to create content but also enjoy it, offering an enhanced gaming experience supported by its powerful chipset and 16-times larger vapor chamber for longer gameplay while maintaining performance. Galaxy Z Flip 6 is not only optimized for portability but offers a range of new customization and creativity features to make the most of every moment.
The 3.4-inch FlexWindow Super AMOLED has been further improved, enabling AI-assisted functions without even opening the device. For those on-the-go communications, you can reply to text messages with Suggested Replies that analyze your latest messages to suggest a personalized response.
With Galaxy AI, you can make the most of your pocket device, and many of these handy features exist in FlexWindow, offering access to Samsung Health updates and notifications and allowing you to select the next track you want to listen to in your music widget. Moreover, it offers more widgets than ever and allows you to check information from multiple widgets simultaneously.
Galaxy Z Flip wouldnât be complete without a variety of ways to customize your device. With AI-powered Photo Ambient, a wallpaper can change in real-time based on the time and weather.
