The game will be released on May 15th, but there is already a free demo of the base game; furthermore, they confirmed that Star Wars Outlaws will arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 on September 4th.
Ubisoft just revealed that Star Wars Outlaws will receive its second story pack, titled A Pirate's Fortune. The announcement was made during the Star Wars Celebration convention, where a preview of this new adventure was presented, which will be launched on May 15th. Ubisoft also confirmed that Star Wars Outlaws will be available for Nintendo Switch 2 on September 4th of this year.
For the fans who have not yet had the chance to try the game, a free demo* with fragments of the basic game is now available on the platforms Ubisoft+, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, and PC, through Ubisoft Store, Epic Games Store, and Steam.
Star Wars Outlaws: A Pirate's Fortune takes players on an adventure filled with pirates and lost treasures. Kay Vess and Nix have allied with Hondo Ohnaka to confront Stinger Tash and the Rokana Raiders, and infiltrate the Tomb of Khepi in search of hidden secrets and wealth. Throughout the mission, players will get to know the Miyuki Trade League, which offers new rewards for the Trailblazer ship in exchange for smuggling dangerous goods across the galaxy. To access this story pack, it is necessary to have completed the main campaign of the base game.
The Star Wars Outlaws: A Pirate's Fortune package will be automatically available at no additional cost for the owners of the Star Wars Outlaws Season Pass, or it can be purchased separately. With the launch, players of the Ultimate and Deluxe editions will also receive the Naboo Nobility and Desert Nomad cosmetic packages.
As part of the launch of A Pirate's Fortune, the update scheduled for May 15th will also include Star Wars-inspired cosmetic items: Skeleton Crew for Nix and the speeder, available for free to all players. Once the update is downloaded and installed, the items will automatically appear in the delivery compartment of the Trailblazer.
The free demo of Star Wars Outlaws is now also available for most platforms where the game is sold. Those interested will be able to explore the game universe for a maximum of three hours, experiencing the intense life of a smuggler. There are also special promotions activated, with discounts of up to 50% on the PlayStation and Xbox versions, subject to specific conditions according to each store.
