"Without a doubt, these are results that motivate us to continue strengthening our support for national companies, so they can continue to grow beyond our borders. In 2024 we executed 763 activities and the challenge is that the actions planned for this year allow us to again achieve good figures, but especially, that Chilean companies perceive the benefits of working alongside ProChile in their internationalization," said Karina Morales, Director of Strategic Development at ProChile.

User satisfaction has been established as one of the key strategic objectives of ProChile, so that user companies are at the center of management. In this framework, initiatives such as the user care protocol and work with specific portfolios have been implemented, allowing for more focused attention and alignment with the needs of each segment. This approach aims not only to optimize available resources, but also to ensure more effective support throughout the various stages of the export process.
