Startup revolutionizes the bidding market with a platform that integrates artificial intelligence

Optimize time and sell more. These would be the main premises of the solution offered by an innovative startup dedicated to simplifying the management of state-owned supplier companies.
Using software designed to simplify the search for public businesses, LicitaLAB claims to automate a process that used to be tedious and saving companies up to 90% of time.
Founded in 2019, the startup has experienced exponential growth thanks to its focus on efficiency and competitiveness, as it not only facilitates the search for public tenders, but also provides insights and comprehensive visualizations to improve the competitiveness of state-owned supplier companies.
This is according to its creators, who claim that, on average, the users of the platform have increased from 31.3% to 43.4% thanks to the information provided by this solution.
“Our platform not only simplifies the management of state-owned supplier companies, but also boosts their competitiveness, by providing reports, monitoring calendars and strategic information of great value to companies, as well as automated and unified searches for all purchasing modalities. It also allows you to manage requests easily and effectively,” says Ramiro Hevia, CEO and Co-founder of LicitaLAB.
The startup expanded last year to Peru and is also looking to have a presence in Colombia by the end of this year, to bring its innovative solution to new markets. “In the long term, we want to operate throughout Latin America, so that more companies can sell to the State in a better way, allowing any company to benefit from these processes and not just some,” says the co-founder.
New features
From the startup, they indicate that one of its main objectives is to continuously improve its platform, adding management functionalities and expanding its integration of artificial intelligence to offer users even more and better commercial insights, to strengthen its service. Along these lines, the launch of LicitaLAB PRO, with new tools, seeks to take solutions to the next level.
“Thanks to LicitaLAB PRO, companies will also be able to operate in the Public Market from the same platform, that is, they can apply directly to the tenders, carrying out all the acceptance of purchase orders, framework agreement, applications, entirely from our software,” explains Ramiro Hevia.
