Zensi begins expansion into Mexican market by partnering with AIM Manager
Both companies sealed a strategic alliance to expand smart metering solutions in the Mexican retail sector. The sales projection for 2025 exceeds USD 300 thousand with pilots already underway in key shopping centers.
As part of its internationalization strategy, the Chilean startup Zensi, specialized in intelligent measurement solutions based on IoT and Artificial Intelligence, announced a strategic alliance with the Chilean company AIM Manager, which has operations in Mexico and Latin America. They will distribute Zensi's intelligent water, gas, and electricity measurement solution and directly promote the solution on their platform in Mexico.
The strategic agreement stipulates that Zensi will provide the technology, implementation, training, and technical support, while AIM Manager will be responsible for business management and relationship with local customers.
"We want to work under a more collaborative and agile model to explore new business opportunities. This alliance allows us to combine our technological strengths with AIM's presence and commercial positioning," said Antoine Escarpentier, CEO of Zensi.
Meanwhile, Sebastian Araya, CEO of AIM Manager stated that, "this alliance will allow us to solve problems in the smart measurement of basic services and to scale to a new level, providing greater traceability and visibility in our customers' processes."
And that's how this alliance has already yielded its first fruits. Zensi and AIM Manager have closed their first contract with Grupo Pulso Inmobiliario and its Manacar shopping center, and 5 new pilots have been initiated with other real estate groups, aiming for national scale expansion.

Based on the agreements already executed, Zensi projects sales of USD 300 thousand during 2025 in the Aztec market. "This alliance with AIM Manager represents much more than commercial expansion: it is a concrete validation of the value that our technology can deliver in one of the most relevant markets in Latin America. We are betting on a collaboration where agility, trust, and synergy between both teams will open new growth opportunities for both of us and, above all, for our customers", said Antoine Escarpentier, CEO of Zensi.
PARTICIPATION IN PROPTECH LATAM SUMMIT
In this regard, both companies are present at one of the most important technology events to bring together entrepreneurs and Real Estate professionals with a future vision, the PROPTECH LATAM SUMMIT which took place in Mexico City from June 2 to 6.
At the event, Zensi displayed the Smart Metering solution, aimed at water, gas and electricity consumption efficiency in the Proptech sector.
This expansion into the Aztec market fits into the initial plans outlined by the startup founded in 2024 by Susana Silva (38) and Antoine Escarpentier (43) with the goal of leading the digital transformation in the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI industry, providing innovative solutions that optimize operational efficiency, in order to scale and export their services to Latin America.
Today, in addition to working with sectors such as retail, administration and utilities in Chile, Zensi is exporting technological services and solutions to Bolivia and is soon preparing its soft landing in Peru and Colombia for the second semester of 2025.
