MOLA Fashion Day Chile 2024: The event for Chilean entrepreneurs driving sustainability in the fashion industry
The event, focused on sustainable development, brought together leaders and entrepreneurs from the world of Latin American fashion in Valparaíso.
MOLA Fashion Day Chile , organized by the MOLA Universe program of the Entre Soles y Lunas Foundation in conjunction with Emprediem and in collaboration with CORFO Valparaíso, was successfully held at the AIEP Professional Institute in Valparaíso.
For Valentina Lagos, Managing Partner of Emprediem: “This event offers an invaluable opportunity to expand our efforts as an organization, providing more platforms for entrepreneurs to immerse, learn and strengthen their path to sustainable fashion.”
During the training days, the panel was also highlighted with the participation of designers from renowned brands such as Macarena Cortés, Huaman Autor and Ananda Román, who inspired the attendees with their innovative and sustainable vision in the field of fashion. In addition, there was an extremely interesting talk by the European Institute of Design on Communication and Marketing for Circular Fashion, led by Gabriela Pedrantti from IED Barcelona.

On the other hand, Valentina Suárez presented tools and strategies to drive Latin American brands towards sustainability through an enriching talk on Impact Fashion Businesses and a “Pitch on Impact Fashion”. Among the highlights, Doris Helena Rojas addressed the important topic of environmental regeneration, followed by a workshop designed to support participants. Then, they continued with the deliberations that culminated in the delivery of full and partial scholarships for the MOLA Fashion Week 2025 Universe.
It is important to recognize the participating enterprises, among which are: Mane Bulat Store, Mak Mencanta, Prisma C, Cav Sustentables, Munlaf Kids, Nonos Foundation, Domokal, Revuelta, Mei Lang Loo, Ataraxia Knit, Illa Textil and Lactancias.
