Cafeteria and boutique is the concept that Fabiola Sanhueza has intermingled in “Guanaqueros Café“, a place where you can find corners dedicated to local products, books, music, plants and even the reuse of clothing.
This venture wanted to stand out for its wide variety of coffees, both traditional and specialty, offering visitors different options at affordable prices to live a relaxing experience accompanied by great attention.

The venture was born in January 2022, where the businesswoman had to reinvent herself after years dedicated to teaching specialized in Physical Education and Sports. In this way, he settled in the spa where he was able to detect the lack and need for a space where he could have a good quality coffee in the most residential sectors.
From there, she implemented the necessary machinery to develop new product lines such as her own bakery, cakes to order, homemade empanadas, themed boxes at home, among others.
In this regard, Fabiola Sanhueza, founder of Guanaqueros Café, indicated that “It has been a great challenge for us, but we are very happy with the good reception that the public has given us. Both my husband and I were doing completely different things, but we’ve made every breakthrough as a team and worked so hard”.
In search of opportunities to grow her venture, the businesswoman approached the Sercotec Coquimbo Business Center, where she was assigned a personalized advisor, who has worked on different aspects of the company.
In this sense, Jorge Donoso, director of the Sercotec Coquimbo Business Center, pointed out that “this is a proposal that was much needed in the resort, especially targeting the most residential sectors, since it is usually thought that all services and tourist attractions are concentrated on the coastal edge.
“Since Fabiola came to us, a work plan has been carried out that aims to disseminate the products and services it offers, as well as the development of the digital platforms of the business, which are of great importance for the positioning of the premises,” said Donoso.
By the way, the businesswoman argued that “The work together with the Sercotec Coquimbo Business Center has been very helpful, since our advisor carries out a permanent accompaniment with us. We are constantly developing new ideas and he has been a great support in the processes. We are very grateful”.
This café is open from Monday to Sunday, between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and has a Wi-Fi zone for customers.
