Chilean startup VIPER breaks into the airline industry with its management solution
The low-cost airline will implement the platform of the national startup that optimizes coordination in the face of contingencies, improving operational management and passenger service.
VIPER, a company specialized in software solutions for emergency management and operational continuity, sealed a strategic alliance with JetSMART Airlines, through which the latter will implement VIPER MASS, a real-time mass notification system, with the goal of optimizing coordination and response to contingencies, strengthening operational capacity and passenger service.
With the addition of the platform, the low-cost company will be able to immediately activate protocols and manage support teams for passengers to improve communication in critical moments. This software, made in Chile, was designed to ensure a quick and efficient response to unforeseen events, aligning with the best practices in the industry for emergency management.

The alliance with the airline company occurs in a context where the aviation industry is seeking new and innovative technological solutions to strengthen its response capacity and operational continuity.
