In a new step in its regional growth, Viper, a Chilean technological scale-up, officially enters the Ecuadorian market, where they will aim to improve the operational efficiency of fire departments, hand in hand with the technological solution they came up with.

This expansion to the South American country aims not only to provide support to Ecuador's firefighters and implement technological solutions that optimize their emergency response. In fact, with this approach, they have already gained the support of several local fire departments and it is hoped that their work model will expand to other major cities in the country.

The implementation of Viper One, will allow them to manage and optimize responses to emergencies and the idea of the Chilean scale-up is that their good results will enable them in the near future to transform the efficiency and response capacity of fire departments throughout Ecuador.

"We are very eager to contribute our experience and technology to the service of the firefighting crews in Ecuador. We believe this collaboration will have a significant impact on emergency management, especially where fast and efficient response can make the difference," says Exequiel Gallardo, CEO of the Chilean scale-up Viper.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCE: VIPER-FIRENSE

In addition, since its arrival last October 1st, the national company began to operate in the country of the four worlds, where they already have clients, and where they established a strategic alliance with Firense, a company specialized in the emergency sector, which offers training, equipment, and installation of alarms and fire systems.

"This strategic alliance between Firense and Viper will allow us to improve response times in emergencies, and we are very pleased that our work is recognized, used, and most importantly, helps to save lives beyond the borders of Chile," said Exequiel Gallardo, CEO of Viper.

"We have a business relationship in Ecuador with Viper, because we know the national reality of the firefighters and also the occupational safety and health system in our country," expresses Luis Loose, CEO of Firense.

The Forensic executive emphasized that in emergency situations, time is essential. That's why advanced technologies not only allow for a quicker response, but also facilitate better decision-making, which results in more effective and timely citizen care to prevent emergencies from reaching critical situations.

The ambitious project is part of their regional expansion strategy, thanks to the experience gained over 10 years in Chile, with the goal to reach the markets in Colombia and Mexico soon where the team is already making arrangements to enter these markets.
