If you are an Apple fan in Chile (or not) we tell you that “The Apple” opened its digital store in the southernmost country in the world. This means you will no longer have to rely on third-party sellers or worry about the authenticity of the products you purchase.
1. Direct Purchase and Elimination of Intermediaries
Now you can buy Apple products directly, without intermediaries. By avoiding intermediaries, the company founded by one Steve Jobs can control the entire supply chain and guarantee the authenticity and quality of its products.
2. Flexible Payment Options
Whether you’re purchasing an iPhone, Apple Watch, or another product, you can pay in installments of up to 24 months. At the moment this works with three banks: Banco Santander, Banco de Chile and Itaú.
3. Personalization (or if you prefer Spanglish “customization”)
Since there is an official digital store for the Cupertino-based company, it means that you will be able to access a series of customizations on your products, such as incorporating your name on an Apple Pencil or AirPods; hand in hand with being able to access a series of accessories, exclusive to official stores.
4. Personalized Assistance
When you buy from the official Apple store in Chile, you will receive personalized assistance throughout your purchase process. Whether you need help selecting the right product or questions about its features, Apple’s customer support team is available to help. You can communicate with them via chat or even a call for a more interactive shopping experience so you know what you are buying.

As of October 16, 2023, Chile has its first Apple store (which is digital). To access it you just have to type or write Apple.com and then the browser will identify your visit from the same country, to take you to the local landing.
