The Northern Light Accelerator program by Maria 01 has announced the selected startups, which will begin their acceleration process on September 1st.
Northern Light Accelerator is the first accelerator that combines market access with founder resilience — helping international startups land, validate, and expand in Finland and Europe.
These are the selected startups:

Simutomy’s VisceR is a VR training platform that lets medical and nursing students safely practice clinical skills in immersive, realistic scenarios - building confidence, retention, and real-world readiness.
10.- thinnan (India)
Thinnan is a new category of social media, where the food content you enjoy online turns into real-life experiences with friends and family.
11.- Vire Sense (Spain / Finland)
Vire Sense is developing a doctor-prescribed, pocket-sized breath analyser to support the diagnosis of digestive issues like SIBO and IBS. Patients collect breath samples at home, and the system interprets the results.
MENTORS
A total of 16 experienced professionals — including founders, investors, and startup ecosystem experts — will guide this first cohort through their acceleration journey.
