AI receptionist BE-A recorded thousands of bookings without human intervention during July and August, handling around 265,000 guest messages and voice interactions across a network of more than 60 hotels.

LONDON - October 2026.-  Flae Robotics has reported that BE-A, its AI receptionist for hotels, completed more than 3,400 hotel bookings without human intervention during July and August, according to updated company figures.

The announcement comes as hotels increasingly adopt AI-powered guest communication tools to manage routine enquiries across email, WhatsApp and phone, while hotel teams focus on guests on site and more complex requests.

BE-A is used by more than 60 hotels in the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic, including the iconic Sunborn London Yacht Hotel and Hotel Atlantis near Brno. Flae Robotics estimates that BE-A handled approximately 265,000 messages and voice interactions across nearly 160,000 conversations during July and August. That equates to more than 4,000 interactions per day.

Filip Linek, CEO of Flae Robotics, said: "Hospitality is entering a new phase in which AI can support guest communication across email, messaging and voice, while hotel teams focus on the personal service and complex decisions that matter most to guests. Connecting those conversations directly with reservations makes AI a practical part of everyday hotel operations."

Approximately 85 percent of messages in the observed sample were processed automatically. Applied to the 60-hotel estimate, this represents approximately 225,000 automated interactions. This reflects the volume of routine guest communication handled automatically; it does not measure reductions in working hours or the proportion of all reception work handled by BE-A.

Voice accounted for approximately 24 percent of interactions in the observed sample. Across 60 hotels, Flae Robotics estimates approximately 63,000 voice interactions during July and August, alongside approximately 159,000 email messages and 43,000 WhatsApp messages.

The summer operating data includes communication in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Czech and Slovak, as well as Chinese, Hebrew, Hindi and Bengali. Language mix varies by property; these data do not establish a language split for the entire network or for UK and DACH hotels.
